DIMOND BROS FITNESS CENTER
The Dimond Bros Fitness Center is a highlighted jewel in our crown at The Rec Center. Thanks to a large capital donation from local corporate Dimond Bros Insurance, our fitness facility boasts 4,000 square feet of top-of-the-line workout equipment in a fully functional space. Cybex constitutes our cardio equipment (treadmills and arc trainers), assisted weight machines, and plate loaded machines. Rogue makes up the majority of our free weights, including a hand-designed, one-of-a-kind rig system built specifically for the unique layout of our facility. StairMaster is the brand of our cardio stepmill.
Our workout space and equipment are designed for nearly every single type of workout available, ranging from the basics to more elite training including CrossFit, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, and more! We also have equipment that serves in personal rehabilitation programs for individuals of all ages, including recumbent bikes and assisted weight machines that provide invigorating, low-impact exercise.
Nearly all ages can take advantage of the amazing opportunities in the Dimond Bros Fitness Center. Due to manufacturer safety recommendations, no child under 12 will be permitted to utilize the room. Children 12-13 may exercise accompanied by a parent at all times, and those aged 14 and older may utilize our fitness center on their own.
