FAQsOur program is designed around the foundations of water safety and principles of survival swim – skills that teach children to be safe, stay calm, and, if needed, self-rescue in the water. From there, we build age-appropriate and ability-based levels that focus on strong technique, endurance, and foster a lifelong love for swimming.
Level 1: STARFISH
Parent and child class focused on water acclimation and self-rescue skills
Ages: 6-36 months
Level 2: GUPPIES
Building independence and confidence in the water, while strengthening the swim-float-swim skill
Ages: 3-4 years
Level 3: TURTLES
Foundational strokes and safety habits
Ages: 4-6 years
Level 4: DOLPHINS
Building endurance and refining stroke technique
Ages: 5-8 years
Level 5: STINGRAYS
Stroke refinement and water safety skills, master of all 4 competitive strokes
