FAQs

Our program is designed around the foundations of water safety and principles of survival swim – skills that teach children to be safe, stay calm, and, if needed, self-rescue in the water. From there, we build age-appropriate and ability-based levels that focus on strong technique, endurance, and foster a lifelong love for swimming.
